This just in: According to a recent poll, 9 out of 10 pub quiz participants feel very strongly that miked sucks. “It’s not that he sucks in the usual amount, it’s that he manages to redefine ‘suck’ to a whole new generation” said Dave from Team 11. “His ability to take something we all take for granted, ‘suck’, and make it his own, teaches us all how much he really does suck. It is a true testament to what a <expletive> <expletive> dirty stinkin’ <expletive> he is and <expletive> sucks!” Well tickle me Elmo! You folks are too generous! So what happened? It all started out innocently enough. Until I found out the last place team from last month, wasn't going to be there. Then there was the Battle of Jack Daniels vs. Oscar Mayer Cage Match of doom. Look, out in the crowd! 15 people all headed my way with their iPhones and Blackberries on full brightness with the wisdoms of wikipedia! Oh how joyous for me! Oh, and I suppose a special shout-out to last place team Team Fido for deciding that a couple shots of Jameson was just what the doctor ordered. Thank you for that. It’s just too bad that there were a few (4 I believe) questions that no one got correct! Bwaaahahahaha!!! I personally enjoyed those. If was great when my parents got there, and my dad asks me, "Hey....um....you didn't happen to mention that we were at dance lessons, did you?" My response? "Uh...no, I don't think so. Why?" "Well when we were walking in, some guy said 'How was dance class?'" "hmmm.....that's strange dad. Maybe he was in your class?" Yeah, so thanks for ratting me out on that one. Jerks. Here I go out on a limb and clue you in, and you have to go spill the beans. Great. So I was grounded until the next pub quiz. Thanks a lot!!! Team Guess'n had a nice showing into third place this week, while David Duchovny's Porn Addiction slipped to 4th. As David's addictions usually do around this time of year. Welcome back to Makin' Bacon! They quickly secured 8th place in a three-way tie between them, Chrissy's Angels and Hookers n' Blow! Man does that sound like a wild party, or what!
